Manuel Neukirchner is an author, curator and the founding director of the German Football Museum in Dortmund, responsible for its development and realization between 2009 and 2015. He continues to serve as chairman of the management board of the DFB-Stiftung Deutsches Fußballmuseum, and publishes books and articles on cultural and historical topics, with a focus on football.
