Celebrating 150 Years of Rudolf Levy

Museums in Germany and Austria are celebrating the painter Rudolf Levy (1875–1944) with a comprehensive social media campaign.

On July 15, 2025, Rudolf Levy would have turned 150. To mark the occasion, around twenty museums have joined forces for a unique social media campaign. Together, they will commemorate this important painter of Classical Modernism by sharing a specially produced film across their digital platforms and highlighting works by Levy in their collections.

Deutsche Kunstverlag is publishing the standard work Rudolf Levy. Magier der Farbe as an e-book, paying lasting tribute to the artist.
